2020 Holiday Baking Round-Up
It’s that time of year for all things Christmas baking! Maybe you’re a procrastinator like me and haven’t started baking yet and need some inspiration–well here ya go! These are some cookie recipes (and a few others) from this past year all in one easy-to-find post.
White Chocolate Chip Cookies, because sometimes you just need a different chocolate chip cookie, am I right?
But maybe you’re the total CHOCOLATE fan that loves it paired with peanut butter (that’s totally my husband). Then these Tandy Cakes are for you. They would make a great addition to a holiday treat box.
Another mouth-watering peanut butter and chocolate cookie are these Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies. They have that amazing chocolate drizzle on top that’s totally irresistible! (Great option for gluten-free family and friends, too.)
One of my personal favorite cookies I made this past year HAS to be these Salted Peanut Butter Cup Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies. They’re just so loaded with ALL THE THINGS and you’re sure to love them.
If you’re looking for a classic-flavored cookie, these Soft and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies are where it’s at.
And for something a little extra special, there are these Chewy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies!
Can you tell I’m a big chocolate chip cookie fan?! I mean seriously though, they’re just so good…all the varieties!
If you’re looking for something totally different than chocolate, here’s one for you: Lemon Rosemary Shortbread Cookies. If you don’t have fresh rosemary available (who does?), feel free to leave it out or pick some up in the produce aisle of your grocery store.
Another tried and true recipe are these Thick and Chewy Oatmeal Cookies. Sometimes you just can’t beat the taste of a sweet (and substantial!) buttery oatmeal cookie.
These Cranberry Oatmeal Pecan White Chocolate Chip Cookies are perfect for this time of year. Festive and delicious–what more can you ask for?
And here are some non-cookie options for you:
Seasoned Pretzels would be a great addition to a cheese board this year at your holiday gatherings!
And for Christmas morning, these Pumpkin Spice Doughnuts would be PERFECT before diving into those presents.
Hopefully you get some ideas that you didn’t have prior to reading this blog post. I know I’m ready to start making some of these favorite recipes from this past year. Bring on the new year! From all of us at Golden Barrel Baking Products, we wish you and yours a very blessed Christmas season!
