White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Buttery, sweet and salty, and fall-apart soft: these white chocolate chip cookies are the ultimate weekend treat.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, measure out dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl attached to a stand mixer (or with a hand mixer), cream together butter and sugars until light and creamy, several minutes. Add in eggs one at a time and vanilla. Beat another 2 minutes.
  4. With mixer on low speed, gradually mix in dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in chips. Using a cookie scoop, drop batter onto prepared baking sheet(s). Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges are slightly browned. Allow to cool on sheet for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
