I used almond milk
all-purpose flour (or whole wheat flour)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line muffin pan with liners or spray with non-stick spray. Set aside.
In a bowl attached to a stand mixer (or with a hand mixer), mix together oil, sugar, molasses, eggs, and milk until combined.
In separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder & soda, salt, and wheat germ. Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix until combined. Stir in raisins.
Using a large cookie scoop, scoop batter into prepared muffin pan. Bake for 16-18 minutes or until tops spring back when touched.
