Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 11×7 pan with foil or parchment and spray with non-stick spray or use coconut oil. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, coconut oil, brown sugar, raw sugar, egg, applesauce, and vanilla. Stir until well combined.
  3. Add in the cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, flour, salt and baking soda. Mix until no dry pockets remain.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and pour into prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
