Praline Coffee Cake

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×9″ pan.
  2. In a bowl attached to a stand mixer (or with a hand mixer), cream together butter and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time, scraping bowl occasionally until mixed well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add flour mixture and sour cream alternately (starting and ending with flour mixture) to the creamed mixture, beating until smooth after each addition. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together crumb topping ingredients. Sprinkle crumb topping over batter evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes until done.
