Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together first seven ingredients. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, stir together peanut butter, honey, maple syrup, and coconut oil until melted.
Pour peanut butter mixture over top dry oatmeal mixture. Stir with a large spatula until everything is evenly coated.
Spread out granola on prepared pans. Bake for 30-45 minutes (or until golden brown), stirring after every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and stir in raisins. Let cool on pan. Store in airtight containers.
