Instructions
  1. In a medium-large skillet over medium heat, cook the meat, onions, pepper, and carrots until browned, several minutes. Drain off liquids.
  2. Reduce heat to low and add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add in mustard, ketchup, and molasses, stir until fully mixed. With heat on low, simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. (The meat mixture could also go into a crockpot at this point on low.)
