Flourless & Refined Sugar Free Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Bread
This Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Bread has no flour or refined sugar in it so it won’t spoil that diet you just started. It’s moist, studded with chocolate, and full of flavor–everything you want (minus the bad stuff) that’s typically in sweet bread like this.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to a high-speed blender or food processor and mix until smooth. (There’s no flour in this so you don’t have to worry about over-mixing.) Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Pour batter into prepared pan. Pour melted peanut butter on top of batter and with a clean knife, swirl the peanut butter into the batter. Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
  4. Bake loaf for about 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Let cool on rack for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Store in airtight container.
