I purchased this mix while shopping in Lancaster just to have an easy dessert on hand. I usually make my shooflycake from scratch. Well, this mix is better than my scratch recipe. It is extremely moist and not overly sweet. I will be purchasing more of these mixes and want to give the shoofly pie mix a try.

I have made the shoo fly cake ,and it was a breeze to make and taste.i bought the mix pin Pa ,because I live in Texas all the way down by the border and your products don’t make it this far south.
